but i had fun walking around ikea with kel ((: always will la. he very entertaining.
then we were supposed to meet at 11, woonshin reached at 12. after that went to eat. (: YEY meatballs!!!!!

the other time i went to ikea with kel i saw ms haiza. wonder who i will meet next time i go out with kelman to ikea.

had a pretty long-short short-long talk with her.

there's this thing called semla which i bought from ikea restaurant and kelman likes. apparently some king henry died of stroke after eating 14 semlas (after a luxurious banquet as ms yap emphasised.) LOL
oh ya!!! me and kel had this short debate on a plank on something that we didnt know what it was. he kept insisting that it's corkboard. BUT ITS NOT!!! i know its called something else. and i thought it was called fibreboard. i mean, something made of cork material is not called corkboard. it's something else!!!
and i cant find the name online. goddamn i don know what it is. but, whatever.

after ikea we went to queensway, walked around for sometime... and kel finally found a squash racket he really like as a *gasp* price of 149bucks!!! and he has a spare of 1$ to buy mac icecream too from his budget of 150. :D but he didnt get the ice cream la. he told me to stop harping on the fact he spent 1buck less from his budget. lol.
then it started getting bored cos we hadnt had any aims for walking around in queensway. so i suggested holland v and they really were on with it man!! yea!! steady pom pi pi. :DD
and woonshin redeemed himself after treating us to cab to holland v. :D
went to gramaphone, got a norah jones cd (YES!!!) and woonshin got some movie called pathfinder. which is all gory and violent and hardcore. and as i found out later on he likes this type of movies. which i made a smart guess that he liked 300 too.
this amazing machine looks damn cool. it goes around the girl's head and moves up and down like flapping wings
then we went to a pet shop. to shop for stuff for kel's lovebird and my beloved fifi.
i saw the cutest kitten.
ITS SO DAMN ADORABLE!!!
i want a kitten when i grow up proper. (:

anyway walked around for a while longer and we went to the roof cafe. it's super cool. i haven been there before. neither has woonshin. cant rmb if kel went before. but the place on the outside looks damn empty cos it is, but on entry, it leads to the open roof and then thats where all the nice ambiance is and everything!! its super nice. new hangout!
THE PLACE IS SOOO NICE!
but the three of us agreed that the surrounding hdbs were points off. but really, imagine if we were in the centre of town or something. nicer view too! and it looks like it'd be a great night spot too.

and he then proceed on to repeating how good the drink is.

anyway kel saw a woman breastfeeding directly opposite him and he exploded.
he jumped over to the seat with me and woonshin. LOL

after that left the area and kel said he wanted to go to more petshops.
we went to some pet shops around the corner.
quite cool. there's the sphynx cat which is a cat with no fur. quite gross. but it's extremely expensive.
the area we went to is really classy and high end. and apparently very expensive too. its extremely nice to walk around. (: like the path in sixth ave. (:
there's this whole entire series of da paola bakeries. the bistro, the chocolaterie and the patisserie. OMG!!!! shrieking ass. i wanna go back again.
and i saw a cooking school (!!!) and lots of nice small cosy restaurants. oh man oh man. i wanna go there again. so cool la.
today was damn fun.
lets do it again sometime kel (:
mr goh owes us a meal! cant believe i was the organiser and i didnt even know.
