omg ilovedonnieyensomuch.

thought of the day.

a person has lived his entire life being entirely bad.
stealing, murder, rape, the whole entire bad person deal.

yet at the last moment of his life before he died, he actually took a chance to repent and felt sorry for what he had done before dying horribly in guilt and repentance.

is he a good guy?

a person living his entire life as a perfectly well being,
a gentleman, a kind man, a good father.
found himself being trapped by his own shell and finally unleashed the inner self within.

a burst of evil thoughts ran through his mind but before he could do it,
he died of old age.

is he good or bad? essentially, the fact that he did thought about all the horrid things does bring doubt to the equation. yet never doing it at all is something else...

another example, a person who has cheated and left the wife.
if through some years, he has turned rich and returned to the wife, he is good
yet if he doesnt become rich, he is still ultimately a jerk?
does money equal moral?

i know there are many things to be added to the equation..
but still... it is something worth thinking about.
